  • An average cost of face-to-face personal training starts at around £45 per session, but can easily be much more, depending on your location and trainers’ availability. Usually, most people would need at least 3 sessions per week for the training to be effective. Going by this example, one month of face-to-face PT sessions would cost you £540+.

    With an online training model, and eliminating the overhead costs associated with running gym based PT business, I am able to offer the same personalized and tailored to your needs training program with the level of support of your choosing at much more competitive price - even the most comprehensive package with the highest level of support would only cost £200 per month. In addition, thanks to the unique advantages of online training over the traditional approach, the monthly price remains the same regardless of how many sessions per week you require.

  • Unlike traditional personal training, which typically occurs in a specific gym the personal trainer is contracted in, online personal training can be conducted anywhere you choose. This could be at home when you don’t feel like going anywhere, in your local park when the weather is great and you don’t want to be confined in a building, or in a gym that’s the most convenient for you. It can also be done while traveling, so you don’t have to skip your training sessions and can continue to make progress even on the go.

  • You don't need a home gym to get started! Many of my clients train effectively with minimal equipment. During your initial consultation, I will advise on what equipment might be helpful based on your fitness goals and current setup. Often, bodyweight exercises and a few key pieces like dumbbells or resistance bands are sufficient.

  • Online training offers greater flexibility in scheduling. You can perform workouts at your own convenience without having to match your trainer's schedule or deal with gym operating hours. You can train at the exact time that’s the most convenient to you and works best for your schedule.

  • While traditional training allows for immediate, face-to-face interaction, in an online model I utilize emails and in-app messages to provide constant support and adjustments to your training program. This ensures ongoing, personalized feedback in permanent, written format, which allows you to refer back and check the information again should you need it.

  • I not only track your progress through regular check-ins and feedback you provide, but also incorporate advanced technology into your training, through my powerhouse fitness app that tracks your workouts, offers a wide array of resources such as nutritional tracking, fitness challenges and video exercise tutorials, with ability to connect to wearable devices that monitor health metrics.

    This use of technology and data collected through my app allows for detailed tracking of progress, so you can see tangible results over time. This is not only highly motivating but can also be used to inform future training adjustments.

  • Yes, for many people, online personal training can be just as effective as in-person sessions. The key to success is the personalized approach and ongoing support that I provide, coupled with your commitment to following the training plan. Plus, the flexibility and convenience of training at location that is most convenient for you often lead to more consistency and long-term adherence.

  • Workouts are delivered through a mobile app, which you can access on iOs and Android devices. I will send you detailed plans that would include video demonstrations, workout schedules, and tracking features to monitor your progress.

  • Getting started is simple! First, fill out a sign up request on my website. Next, I'll confirm if I have an available coaching space and provide a fitness assessment form for you to fill out. Then, based on the information you provided, I will create your personalized training plan.

  • Similarly to gym-based personal trainers who can only train certain number of people each day, my coaching spaces are limited in order to provide the best level of support and quickness of communication.

    Some online personal trainers would sign up more clients that they can handle, sacrificing on customer service and support offered. I understand your time is precious and your fitness progression is important to me. That’s why I would never sign up more clients that I can truly support, I don’t compromise on the quality of my service.

  • In summary, online personal training offers a flexible, accessible, and cost-effective alternative to traditional gym-based training.   • During normal weekdays working hours I aim to respond to in-app messages within 1 hour, and up to 24 hours for email enquires. For messages received over the weekend, I will respond within 24 hours, and answer any email enquires by the end of next working day.

  • After you send your sign up request I will confirm an available coaching space and send a consultation form for you to fill out. Your personalized training program will be ready within 48 hours after you complete your initial consultation. This time allows me to create a custom program to your specific fitness goals and needs.

  • Your privacy is my top priority. Your progress photos will be confidential and used solely for tracking and discussing your progress. I will never share them without your explicit consent.

  • The time it takes to see results can vary based on your starting point, individual goals, effort, and consistency. Most clients begin to see noticeable improvements within 6 to 8 weeks when following their program consistently.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please notify me at least 7 days before your next billing period to avoid charges for the upcoming month. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again and will be able to continue the service until the end of your current billing period.

  • Regardless of the package you choose, I will conduct weekly check-ins to discuss your progress and address any concerns. Every Sunday I will send you a check-in form that will provide me with detailed information beyond what I can get from tracking your training alone, such as energy levels, recovery, step count etc. After analysing all of the information I will send you personal feedback, highlighting your strong areas and things we need to focus on moving into the following week.

    On top of that, if you choose the package with the highest level of support, you’ll be able to reach out to me at any time via in-app chat to get your questions answered straight away, without the need to wait until your next check-in. All this ensures you are moving towards your goals as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  • Progress is measured using a combination of factors including, but not limited to, body measurements, scale weight, strength and endurance improvements and assessing body composition changes with progress photos.

    Full body measurements and progress photos are taken every 4 weeks, while other metrics like your weight and improvements in strength are checked weekly. Regular assessments will help us see how well you are advancing towards your fitness goals.

  • To ensure you are performing your lifts correctly, you’ll have access to detailed video presentations paired with key coaching points for all required exercises. Additionally, you can submit videos of your exercise execution for personalized feedback during our check-ins.
