Hi, my name is Wojciech Piskor and I’m a founder of Summit Fit Coaching, an Online Personal Training business. Here’s a little bit about myself.

I was working full-time, while trying to figure out how to be a dad to my first-born daughter. Sleep deprived, learning how to fit into this new challenging role and meet all my familial commitments, as well as my professional duties, made me feel like there just isn’t enough time in 24 hours. Trying hard to stay on top of things I sacrificed proper, cooked meals for the quickest and most convenient options. I was stuffing my face with ready-meals, pizzas and take-outs, not being shy with snacks either – to reward myself after surviving yet another demanding day filled with responsibilities, constant battle against the clock and overwhelming tiredness.

Eating like this quickly came with its own consequences – I gained significant amount of fat, at my heaviest I was over 95kg. With that weight gain came health issues, I developed arthritis and Raynaud’s syndrome. By the time my second daughter was born, not only was I in constant pain, but also was not able to take care of her. That was my wake-up call. I knew, if I were to properly take care of my growing family for the years to come and set a good example, I had to start by changing my lifestyle.

I decided to dive into fitness, trying to develop stronger body and beat the pain. It wasn't easy, but focusing on exercise, balanced nutrition, and active lifestyle eventually, I not only got rid of the pain but also got myself into the best shape of my life.

Going through this change made me want to help others do the same. Now, as a personal trainer, I bring not just expertise and knowledge, but a genuine understanding of the struggles many face in starting their fitness journey. Whether you're battling health issues, managing a busy lifestyle, or simply looking to improve your physical well-being, I'm here to support you. My approach is rooted in empathy, informed by my own experiences, and driven by the belief that anyone, regardless of their starting point, can transform their life through fitness.
